Chalet en bois, totalement indépendant, de 36m2 pour 2 personnes (3épis), au bord d’un étang privé de 1,5 ha sur un terrain clos et arboré de 3ha. 1 chbre (1L et 1 lit bébé), séjour avec coin cuisine, salle d'eau/WC, terrasse couverte avec coin cuisine.merces et services à Châtel-guyon 6km.
C’est un endroit idéal pour le repos et point de départ pour de nombreuses activités et découvertes : Gour de Tazenat, Château de Chazeron, Manoir de Veygoux, Vallée de la Sioule, canoë, randonnées, VTT (chemins balisés à coté du gîte), équitation, escalade, parapente, montgolfière, accrobranche, centre de remise en forme à Châtel-Guyon, Villes d’Art et d’Histoire (Riom et Clermont-Fd), musées, patrimoine d’art roman, festival « Bach enbraille », « Piano à Riom », jazz, etc…
