Description
Les Baies is newly converted at the rear of the building and has been designed to be disabled friendly. As you come through the front door there is a cloakroom with W/C and basin ahead with a large kitchen/dining/living room with french doors onto a patio which is furnished for outdoor living including bar-b-que. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and gas cooker. The original stone walls are in evidence as are the newly tiled floors and new double glazed hardwood windows and doors have been fitted. Electric heating is installed for the chillier winter months. Off the living room which is equipped with TV/VHS/CD Hi-Fi is a hall which runs to the master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with W/C, basin and shower. The furnishings are all new in a mixture of wicker and pine. The TWO pools are both 11m x 5m with roman steps, pool houses, solar showers and plenty of sunbathing terraces.
