It has great character offering spacious accomodation.Set in over an acre of land, in a peaceful location close to the village of Noyant.

A Two storey property which is tastefully and comfortably furnished.It has a large lounge with beamed ceiling,TV/CD player with
surround sound,open log burning fire, fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and seating for atleast 8 people. Electric radiators.
Upper floor:
Bedroom One with double and single/day bed, shower and handbasin. It has original stone tiles and has views across
sunflower fields in the summer.
Bedroom Two with two single beds, and double sofa bed, with shower and handbasin.
