Description

Le Fournie is a lovely house, build in the 17e century and was in that time a bakeryhouse. It is situated on the hill Montbrandeix surrounded by our 13 ha nature area and gives you a fabulous view over forests, rollling hills, two lakes and a typical French village.
In the ground-floor you will find a spacious comfortable living-room with internet connection (option), television and wood burning stove, a pleasant open kitchen, fully equipped and a modern bathroom.
A fixed staircase brings you to a mezzanine bedroom with two little original windows. From the banisters you have a view on the living-room with its century's old detail of the bakery's chimney.
We are so charmed by le Fournie, we would like to live in it.
Washing machine and dryer available.
La Chapelle Montbrandeix is situated in the heart of what is reffered as "Hidden France" in the national park "le Périgord Vert".
