It has all modern conveniences including microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. The large enclosed garden has an in ground swimming pool, 9.1 m x 4.5 m, with an alarm which conforms to French safety standards. Within the garden there is all the usual garden furniture and barbecue.
Vanzay is a quiet farming village within easy driving distance of several places of interest such as Futuroscope, La Vallee des Singes, coast at La Rochelle etc.
