The cottage is situated within stunning countryside between the Dordogne river and the Lot river. It is part of a small hamlet of old refurbished stone wall houses.
Dordogne river is 45 km in the North, the medieval towns Sarlat, Domme are 45 km in the North, Cahors is 45 km in the South East
The house,fortably furnished, is not far away form various and pretty unspoilt and medieval villages as Saint-Front-sur-Lémance, Sauveterre, Villefranche du Périgord, Montflanquin. This region is well known for its fine food and lively country markets where one can sample patés, foie gras, truffles, mushrooms (the famous “cèpes”)...
