Description

Elegantly decorated in Provençal style, this Cannes holiday home is on two levels (garage parking, laundry are in the basement). Flooring is white marble. An internal garden with a terrace is floodlit at night under a giant parasol palm. Entrance hall, living and dining rooms, study, kitchen and guest toilet are on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor: a master bedroom with a large balcony has a Queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Panasonic Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi ADSL (2048 Kb) and an int’l telephone. The villa sleeps six.
Unusually close to town, the villa is 50 meters from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood opposite the Collège International de Français which teaches French in the beautifully restored Fondation Santa Maria 19th C buildings with a historical chapel.
