Description
Clistivan is a breton longere (stone longhouse) beautifully converted to the highest specifications. The comfortable and spacious beamed gite offers a fenced garden, baby equipment, TV and DVD, washing machine, microwave, dish-washer etc.
Accommodating 4/5, it provides, 1st floor; 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, mezzanine with bed-settee, ground floor; bathroom, separate toilet, living room, full kitchen/dining room. The gite is safe, clean, with modern facilities, and very welcoming to young children. No smoking please.
Clistivan is in a very tranquil setting, surrounded by fields, but only 10 minutes walk from the village of La Chapelle Neuve with its shop and bar etc. There are lovely walks and cycle rides starting from the country lane beside the gite, and rabbits, lizards, butterflies and birds all around.
The gite is placed on the brow of a hill, with beautiful panoramic views. You can admire the magnificent sunsets while having your bar-be-que.
