Das mit handgebrannten Terracotta-Tometten gefließte Erdgeschoß ist fußbodenbeheizt, der Salon ist sehr geschmackvoll mit echten bretonischen Antiquitäten möbliert. Die vollausgestattete Küche ist offen zum Eingangsbereich und Wohnzimmer und verfügt zusätzlich über eine kleine Abstellkammer. Weiter gibt es 4 Schlafräume (3 DZ, 1 EZ) für bis zu 7 Personen sowie 3 Bäder (2 Duschen, 1 Bidet, 1 Badewanne, 3 WC's). Satelliten-TV.
