Description
Our beautiful house, built of local stone, is set in park-like surroundings, with cypress trees, fig trees, flowering shrubs and the maquis undergrowth which is typical of the area. The garden also has a round swimming pool.
The house has a large living room with traditional rustic bare stone walls and exposed beams. The living room has a dining area and a comfortable sitting out area round the open fireplace. There are also steps up from the living room to a mezzanine area.
The large kitchen is in the traditional Provençal country style, though with all modern facilities. From the kitchen there is access to a scullery and a wine cellar.
On the first floor there are 3 good-sized bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a pergola which makes a perfect shaded spot for taking outdoor meals in the summer.
The house is in excellent condition.
