DESCRIPTION DU GITE :
L'entrée dans le parc est commune. Une allée mène au gîte et à son jardin privatif de 200m2. Le jardin est clos de haies et d'arbres: vous êtes vraiment chez vous!
Le gîte a été entièrement restauré en 2005. Il est plein sud et vous dominez la ville , le port, l'estuaire de la Seine et les côtes du Calvados.
Le gîte a une superficie de 75 m2.
Il comprend une entrée qui donne dans la cuisine et le séjour.
Dans la cuisine, il y a tous les appareils électro-ménagers, les ustensiles et la vaisselle.
Dans le séjour, une télévision couleur.
A l'étage, 2 chambres et une salle de bain avec WC.
Un salon de jardin vous est proposé avec chaises longues, parasol et barbecue.
La gare est à 2 km, l'aéroport à 10 km et le car-ferry à 3 km.
