Description
The gîte is clean, comfortable, light and airy. It is situated on the first floor of outbuildings adjoining the proprietors house. There is a large barn between the gîte and the house that ensures the privacy of both parties. In the living room there is good quality antique furniture. Outside there is a large balcony provided with quality cast metal furniture. This balcony overlooks the countryside at the rear of the property. From the balcony there is access to a small gravelled yard, which in turn leads to a large garden and orchard of approximately 0.5 H / 1 acre. The gravelled yard is fully fenced but the large garden and orchard are not. The yard, garden and orchard are for the use of the gîte guests.
