Description

The studio forms part of a 12th century village house based in a quiet location in the centre of the village. It has its own entrance and consists of a studio with kitchen/dining area, the lounge area has an easily convertable large sofabed. There is a separate shower, toilet, washing machine and a three place jacuzzi.
The studio also has a balcony with views of the valley. There is a table and chairs which forms a seating area, large enough for two to eat outside. Directly beneath the balcony, there is a small garden with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden only receives the morning sun, so is a shady area to sit in the afternoon or evening.
All the village facilities are in easy walking distance of the house. The house for two years running had been placed Second, in the Fleurir le Var, (departmental flower festival), and was placed First in 2004 and 2005, and received a recommendation and congratulations from the Vice President of the Conseil General.
