Au cœur du circuit des châteaux et bastides en Guyenne, entourés de collines boisées, au centre d’un terrain clos de 5 hectares, en bordure de la Lède (classée 1ère catégorie), nous nous trouvons au cœur d'une magnifique vallée classée, au pied du village de St Avit
