Nice house, in a calm residential area in a pine wood.
The house is luminous and comfortable.
The Ocean 1.2 mile away is accessible by car, by bike with an independant cycle path, 1.2 mile long or by footpath in the woods 2 miles via a lake. The public swimming pool is 0.2 miles away. Life guards are present everyday on the beach in July and August.
