De woning ligt 100m van de weg en op 50m afstand van de buren.
Op het terrein is een grote tuin met borders, bomen, cypressen, hagen, heesters, gras en een groot grintterras.
In de beek kunt u vissen. U kunt hier genieten van volledige privacy en een uitzicht op een prachtig natuurgebied (o.a heuvels),terwijl u zich op slechts 2 km afstand bevindt van enkele kleine provencaalse dorpen(o.a. Les Baux en Maussane) met gezellige terrasjes en vakantiedrukte en een zwembad.
Strand aan de zee op 40km.
