Ruime woonkamer met o.a. lederen slaapbank: TV met Ned. zenders, DVD / home-cinemaset, etc. Luxe en complete keuken: brede kookplaat, combi-magnetron, vaatwasser, grote koelvriescombinatie, etc. Badkamer met douche-cabine: dubbele wastafel, wasmachine, wasdroger. 1e etage: Ruime overloop en twee slaapkamers: twee 1-persoonsbedden en één 2-persoonsbed. De woning heeft rondom een ruim terras met tuin en is tevens voorzien van een groot terrasscherm.
De woning ligt slecht enkele kilometers van de Atlantische kust in de plaats St. Julien en Born, tussen Bordeaux en Biarritz, in het bosrijke gebied Les Landes. Het Nederlandse familiepark Village Océlandes heeft een zwembad met apart peuterbad, een tennisbaan, beach-volleybalveld, speeltuintje etc. en in de zomerperiode een Nederlands animatieteam.
