Description
The house is a Breton longere set in beautiful countryside just over the Normandy border in the Ille et Villaine region of Brittany. It is only 5km from the town of St James, 20 minutes from Avranches and Fougeres.
It can sleep 10 people in 5 bedrooms. There are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom each with a toilet. There are also washbasin in 2 of the bedrooms.
There is a large kitchen/breakfast room which is fully fitted with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and another fridge/freezer. There is a table for seating 6. A woodburner and 2 comfy armchairs. It has views over the rear garden, farmland and pool and the front gardens and drive.
The lounge is very big and can seat 12 on 2 sofas. There is a television with video and dvd - a large selection is supplied. There are lots of books and board games. There is a woodburning stove and views to the front gardens. Doors lead into the dining room and sun room.
