Proche de Chablis, Irancy, Coulanges, Château de St Fargeau, Guédelon, marché hebdomadaire de Toucy, étangs de Puisaye, Auxerre, Poteries de St Amand en Puisaye, etc.... nombreuses activités sportives possibles (equitation, randonnées, pêche, chasse, etc....). Parking dans cour privative.
Gite venant d'être rénové et mis en service depuis août 2005.
