Description

Pear Tree Cottage: (sleeps 8) The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen /dining area with a wood burner, granites wall and exposed oak beams.
The back leads to a covered veranda that then leads out into the shared gardens and pool area.
The 1st floor has a shower room and 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms one with an
en-suite and a room with bunk beds and a room with twin beds, all have granite walls and exposed oak beams plus heating for the cooler months.
La Basse Rouerie is located in a small village called Mellé, which is situated on the Brittany/ Normandy borders. Here you can spend days on the magnificent beaches known as the Emerald coast, visit walled towns like Fougeres or just walk through the lovely countryside.Or you can just laze by the pool or sit under a tree with a glass of wine and a good book, something for everyone, the perfect place to unwind.
