Description
The gite is one of several detached barns on a former farm, situated alongside the owner's farm house. It has been transformed keeping its rustic charm, but ensuring a high standard of comfort. Much of the original stonework has been exposed on the walls, and all the ceilings are beamed.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, some of the furniture being French antiques. It is a spacious and well lit gîte, with 120 sq metres of living space. The accommodation comprises of:
a large sitting room (45 sq metres), with a TV and DVD, and a convertible sofa which converts into a double bed.
The spacious dining area has a fitted corner kitchen, equipped with: oven & ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and an electric coffee maker.
Downstairs there is a luxury bathroom, and
upstairs the large bedroom contains a double and a single bed. It has an en-suite shower room. Outside the kitchen area is a private courtyard, with garden furniture and BBQ
