Description
Entrance is through a french window into a modern tiled kitchen /diner. To the right is the downstairs bedroom with laminated wood flooring, double bed large wardrobe, the ensuite shower room has a shower,wash basin and WC.The upstairs bedroom is reached by a wooden staircase and gives access to a large carpeted twin bedded room with ensuite shower room a desk & computer wardrobe and bed side tables. From the kitchen an archway provides access to a spacious lounge with a wooden floor and rugs comfortable seats, coffee table , music system ,fireplace with wood burning stove (logs available) french tv dvd and video players. A french window leads to a patio area and newly laid out gardens with views over the open countryside
The South facing Garden for quiet relaxation is set within an acre of fruit trees and is planted with flowers and shrubs. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. Parking is on site at rear of property Heating is by means of stove and electric fires.
