D'une surface de 120m2 il est composé de 2 niveaux : RDC salon/salle à manger (TV)et cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (Lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes etc). Etage : 1ch. avec 1 lit en 160. 1 ch. avec 2 lits en 90. Grande salle de bain avec WC, douche et baignoire. Salon de jardin et accès à la piscine. La mer et ses plages à 5 km, Collioure à 7 km, l'Espagne à 17 km. Enfin possibilités de randonner à pied ou à vélo au départ du mas.
Tarifs variant selon la saison de 650€ à 1100€ la semaine.Lits faits à l'arrivée.
