Peace and privacy is offered by this comfortable, central heated, bungalow with pool (7x4m), set in the Dordogne countryside at the border of the Perigord Vert and the Perigord Blanc, surrounded by woods and meadows.
With the nearest neighbours at 100 meters. The spacious garden is completely fenced. With a stone build table and barbeque in the front-garden and a very spacious side- and back-garden with much shady places. During long walks in the forest behind this house you will see rarely humans.
The bungalow has an open plan living/dining area with a woodburner and fully equipped american kitchen. Via the corridor you will reach the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet which are located at the right front - and backside of the house.
Pets are allowed.
