Description
De moderne vrijstaande villa op de grens van de departementen Lot en Tarn et Garonne is gesitueerd op een terrein van 1,5 ha en beschikt over een privé zwembad (12 x 5) en ruime terrassen, zowel overdekt als onoverdekt.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles bevindt zich op de begane grond en biedt plaats aan 6 personen +baby. Naast een zeer ruime woonkamer beschikt het huis over keuken en met alle apparatuur. In de bijkeuken staan de vaatwasser, wasmachine en wasdroger. Daarnaast is telefoon aanwezig waar u, indien gewenst, gebruik van kunt maken.
Het huis heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers. Twee van 12 m² met beide 2 1-persoonsbedden (90x200). De derde slaapkamer heeft een 2-persoonsbed en een badkamer en-suite met daarin een ligbad, douche, wc en dubbele wastafel. Alle slaapkamers hebben zowel hang- als legkasten. Daarnaast is er nog een badkamer met een douche en dubbele wastafel.
Golf (5km) en tennis (gratis, 1km) zijn beschikbaar.
