In Labastide de Virac, beautiful village of character of less than 200 inhabitants, located close to the border of the "Département du Gard" and only about 10 kilometres away from Vallon Pont d'Arc, close to the river Ardèche, in a quiet position with uninterrupted views of the Cévennes mountains. This is where you will find my country cottage.
A stone built detached house with two sunny patios with many flowers and with 2 sets of garden furniture, barbecue, loggia and cellar. Living/dining room including sofa-bed, TV + Astra satellite, fully-fitted kitchen corner, washing machine, dish-washer, micro-wave oven etc. Big bedroom (big bed of 2x2 m for 2 persons), small bedroom ( bunk-beds), baby bed and chair. Sheets for the 4 big beds are provided. Wet Room - Shower Romm, toilet, central heating. Little shut-up garage.
