Description
Op dit mooie park ligt ons prachtige villa, type Espace, rondom een prachtige tuin en een eigen parkeerplaats. De villa is voorzien van een riante woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van een plavuizenvloer met vloerverwarming en diverse schuifpuien. Een ouderslaapkamer vindt u op de begane grond en de badkamer is voorzien van dubbele wastafel, LIGBAD en aparte douche en toilet. Op de verdieping 2 ruime slaapkamers en een 2e toilet. De woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en comfort,waaronder een magnetron , oven en grill. Kleurentelevisie en stereo met cd speler zijn eveneens aanwezig en op de kabel aangesloten waardoor de ontvangst van Nederlandse zenders mogelijk is.
Tevens is er een dvd speler aanwezig.
Voor de kinderen is er een nintendospelletjescomputer met spelletjes en een aparte TV boven en een videorecorder met diverse videobanden.
Onze villa ligt erg gunstig t.a.v. zwembad en zon.
