on 2 floors, for 3 people. Restored as it was in the 18th century, it has the advantage of an exceptional environment, with view to the chateau and the water lily pond.
Sunny ground floor with 4 patio doors, facing South and West .Lounge with fire place, sofas. Kitchen .
On the first floor : large bedroom with parquet flooring, beams. Bathroom,wc .
Double king size bed an a simple 90 x 200. Tel,TV sat. Independant central heating . Sheets provided. Laundry available in -house, free of charge.
The house is newly furnished. Terrace, garden lounge with a lovely private lawn.Garden not enclosed in the park with the beautiful pond nearby.
-Bakery, restaurants, supermarkets,open markets very close.
-2 km : little beach on the Charente where swimming is permitted.
Surrounded by woodland, meadows and not so far away from the sea side :30 km to atlantic coast beaches , a very quiet country villa between Cognac and Fort Boyard
