Das mit Wein und Rosen bewachsene Haus mit unverbaubarem Blick ist von 3 Terrassen umgeben und besitzt ein modernes 13 Meter langes Schwimmbecken mit lichtdurchflutetem Poolhaus und grossem Sonnendeck.
Die helle, 5 Meter hohe Wohnhalle mit historischer Dachkonstruktion und dem über 200 Jahre alten Kamin, ist 42 qm gross. Daneben erleben Sie die typische 33 qm grosse Périgord-Küche mit dem offenen Kamin vor dem langen Esstisch. Über die grosse Diele haben Sie Zugang zu zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im Erdgeschoss und zu zwei Kinderzimmern und einem Bad im ersten Stock.
