Description
In a hamlet close to the river Dronne, east of Riberac. Quiet and rural, Perigord Blanc remains green throughout the summer growing maize, sunflowers, walnuts, figs, chestnuts, vines, strawberries and asparagus. The overall effect is one of peace and quiet, woods and fields, rolling hills, pretty villages and magnificent views.
A large Perigord stone house and barn with the original oak beams. Built in 1645 it has been renovated to a high standard. The fully equipped kitchen/diner has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a large bedroom with a king sized bed and a very large bedroom with a king size and two single beds, two shower/WCs, a sitting room with satellite TV and DVD and a dining room. There is a large enclosed sunny garden and patios back and front with furniture and BBQ. Bed linen and towels are provided.
