Description
The ground floor has a lounge, a kitchen, bathroom and a veranda/ sun room. The lounge/ dining room has been designed around the centre fireplace. There is a leather three piece suite, dining room table and dresser,TV and video/ DVD.
The kitchen is light and airy and overlooks the garden. It is fully equipped and includes a fridge with ice compartment, cooker and microwave, a table and chairs.
A large glass sun veranda stretches the full width of of the back of the house. The garden is fully fenced in and comes complete with garden furniture and BBQ.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom.
Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor. These pass by the mezzanine room. This attractive space is open plan to the staircase and is has a double sofabed. It can either be used as a quiet sitting area or as a sleeping place for guests five and six.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite toilet with wash basin.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a wash basin.
