The house is an ancient 18th century farmhouse, about 500m (0.3 mile) far from the heart of the village. The central main building and the two outbuildings (former pigsties) surround a private garden (about 500m²) adorned by high age-old trees.
The heating room, a sink (cold and warm water), the tumble-dryer, garden seats and tables (two sets for 4 people each and one for 2 children), a barbecue and outdoor game sets (balls, petanque bowls, rackets and mini-cricket) can be found in the small building on the left of the photo.
