One hour drive away from Montpellier in Languedoc Roussillon (South of France) and its international airport, Ganges is a small town of 3500 inhabitants, Nested in the south of the Cevennes, at the conjonction of the Herault, Valleraugue and Vis rivers valleys, it is ideally situated for the exploration of the picturesque hinterland of Montpellier, and the sublime mountainous scenery of the Cevennes.
In the center of Ganges, we offer a large first floor flat (more than 100m²) that can accomodate up to 5 persons in a recently renovated house. The tenant will have the sole usage (no other occupier) of the whole house, its large garden (more than 1000m²), and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. It is located in a small and quiet street.
The house history has been traced back to the 17th century's in the town's archives. It has undergone a major refurbishment in the mid 19th century, where a grand staircase and luxurious interiors with high ceilings were fitted according to
