De woning beschikt over veel luxe voorzieningen (o.a. Vaatwasser,Wasmachine,vriezer inductie kookeiland,TV met Nederlandse zenders,enz). Op het park zijn de volgende faciliteiten aanwezig: Nederlands beheer, ruime parkeergelegenheid, openluchtzwembad (alleen open in de zomer maanden) met zonneterras, peuterbad, tennisbaan, jeu-de-boulesbaan, strandvolleybalveld, speeltuintje, tafeltennistafels. U mag gratis gebruik maken van onze daar aanwezige fietsen.
