Apple Tree Cottage: (sleeps 2) The ground floor consists of a lounge with granite walls and exposed oak beams and a large
granite fireplace with a wood burner. The separate kitchen has vaulted ceilings and patio doors that lead to a private patio area, with garden furniture & BBQ.
On the 1st floor there is a large open plan double bedroom with granite walls and exposed oak beams and en-suite shower room, plus heating for the cooler months.
Outside there are shared gardens and pool.
La Basse Rouerie is located in a small village called Mellé, which is situated on the Brittany/ Normandy borders. Here you can spend days on the magnificent beaches known as the Emerald coast, visit walled towns like Fougeres or just walk through the lovely countryside. Or just laze by the pool or sit under a tree with a good book & a glass of wine, something for everyone, the perfect place to unwind.
