Description
Neues, in 2004 fertiggestelltes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terassen und PKW-Carport auf insgesammt 205 qm Areal. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit EBK und 43qm lässt kein Engegefühl aufkommen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit 12qm hat ein Doppelbett mit 180x200 und TV mit 37 cm, das andere SZ ebenfalls 12qm, ein Doppelbett mit 140x200 und ein Einzelbett mit 90x200. Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten bietet die komfortable Schlafcouch im WZ mit einer Liegefläche von 130x200. Der Fernseher ist 55 cm groß und mit Digital-Empfang ausgestattet. Alle Räume liegen auf einer Ebene. Die beiden Terassen, in süd-ost bzw. nord-west Richtung lassen die Wahl nach Sonne oder Schatten.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ca. 300m vom Strand entfernt. Viele der Nachbarhäuser sind ganzjährig bewohnt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und abschließbar. Der PKW-Stellplatz ist direkt vor der Garage, die nicht vermietet wird.
