This is a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with full air-conditioning and view south to the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The apartment is new ( 2004 ) and is set in a quiet area 500m from the long sandy beach. A high chair and cot bed for young children are available also Sony PS2 for older children. There is a lift, and private grounds with a swimming pool.
The terrasse/balcony is 18 sqm and has a table/chairs for 6 + lounging seats + outside lighting.
You will be met by a professional manager who can arrange baby-sitters, a cook, extra cleaning and other facilities at your request. Normal arrival time is Satuday afternoon.
