The whole text can be found at our website.A luxury villa on the outskirts of Aigne set in large grounds of 2500m². From the covered patio of 30m² there is a superb view over the vineyards extending to Aigues Vives.
The lounge and kitchen looks out on the swimming pool and surrounding paved terraces.
The pool is 8 x 4 meters and has a Roman stairway and underwater lighting, it also has a sun cover to help warm the water in early and late season. There is an real fireplace which makes this villa suitable for winter holidays.
Entrance/hall: Spacious lounge with French doors opening onto the patio. Sofa with coffee table, colour T.V. and radio cassette. The dining room area has a table and 6 chairs.
Open plan kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave/grill combi oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all requisites for 6 persons (Standard accessories as iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner are of course included). Washing machine and boiler in utility cupb
