There are 2 large (±30m²) covered terraces, making being outdoors pleasurable both on sunny and cooler days. In the garden, full of regional plants, lies a swimming pool of 5 x 10 meter installed with underwater lighting and jet-stream. The ±110m² area around the swimming pool is attractively paved and because the villa has so many terraced areas one can always find an agreeable spot.
Inside: The villa is built on 3 levels. On the lowest level is the entrance/hall with storage cupboard and toilet. 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a shower and washbasin unit. French doors open onto the terrace.
