Le gîte est situé à la lisière de Montréjeau et se trouve à une courte distance à pied des commerces et restaurants. Cependant, son grand jardin entourant le gîte ne donne pas l'impression d'être dans une ville. Mais Montréjeau (2.500 habitants) a toutes les commodités d'une ville (commerces, 7 restaurants, supermarchés). En plus, elle possède un hôtel de ville magnifique, L'hôtel de Lassus, un château énorme et 90 associations qui font vivre la ville. Si cela n'est pas suffisant, vous pouvez toujours aller en Espagne à 35 km. La N125 se dirige directement vers Monte Umbre, Canejan et Vielha.
La maison est située sur un grand terrain d'environ 2.000 m² sur l'Avenue de Tarbes avec un jardin devant, une remise avec deux voitures de sport anciennes, un grand jardin derrière avec piscine. Le rez-de-chaussée est l'habitation de Patricia et José, son conjoint. L'appartement de location occupe complètement l'étage supérieur de la maison avec un escalier d'accès privé.
