Huis en gîte zijn gelegen in Montréjeau, min of meer aan de rand van dit grote dorp. Dat betekent dan ook dat bakker, slager en restaurant alle op loopafstand liggen. De grote voortuin en de nog grotere achtertuin geven echter niet de indruk dat het in een dorp ligt. Dorp is misschien ook niet een juiste benaming voor. Montréjeau telt 2.500 inwoners en heeft daardoor het nodige te bieden, winkels, restaurants (7 stuks), supermarkten, het eerder genoemde L'hôtel de Lassus, een enorm kasteel (Le Château de Valmirande) en 90 verenigingen die garant staan voor een bruisend dorp. Is dat niet voldoende dan kan nog altijd even naar Spanje worden gereden (plm. 35 km). De N1258 leidt rechtstreeks naar Monte Umbre, Canejan en Vielha.
Het huis is gelegen op een groot perceel van ongeveer 2.000 m² aan de Avenue de Tarbes: een voortuin, een grote schuur met twee klassieke sportauto's, het huis en een grote achtertuin met een zwembad. De begane grond van het huis is de woning van Patricia en haar
