Description
De gite is een boerderij van begin 1800 met oorspronkelijk twee woningen binnen de muren.
Het gebouw is grotendeels in originele staat gerestaureerd met balkenplafonds en plavuizenvloeren. Het staat aan de rand van het gehucht les Fossats (gemeente Villapourcon) boven aan de laatste hoge helling van de Morvan met een onbeschrijfelijk mooi vergezicht richting Auvergne. Afgezien van een enkele tractor is er geen verkeer in les Fossats. Aan de zuidzijde- de dalzijde is een groot eigen beschut gelegen grasveld met vuurplaats en terras.
