It lies to the west of the main building, with its own garden and large sunny terrace ideal for enjoying a glass of the local Cahors wine as the sun sets slowly over the distant hills. On the ground floor there is a large sitting/dining room with americain kitchen, woodstove and frenchdoors opening onto the private garden/terrace.Stairs lead to 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom/wc.A second staircase leads to the large family room (sleeping 4) and a second shower room/wc.The huge floodlit pool is shared with 'The Gite', as is the large trampoline and rough badminton.Guests are welcome to wander anywhere in the 13acres of grounds and enjoy the peace and quiet and fantastic views.
