Description
La Grange de la Platte is a spacious vacation house, living room 72 m2, kitchen 25 m2, bedrooms 20 m2. A former armagnacdistillery next to the mansionhouse, is newly renovated: the big hall where the distillery stood, is now transformed into the living room with fireplace. From here as well as the kitchen/dining and the terraces you have a wonderful view over the Gelise valley.
There are two bedrooms each with a washstand. There is a shower and separate a toilet. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped: gas stove, el. oven, close in boiler, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the village St Pé-St Simon (2 km) you will find a “alimentation” that supplies the most needed groceries and daily fresh-baked bread. Castelnau d'Auzan at 4 km houses a butcher, bakery, hairdresser, chemist and medical centre. In Eauze 15 km is a superstore “Leclerc”.
Golf/walking/ swimming/horse riding in the neighbourhood.
