Description
This renovated eighteenth century town house is situated on the walls of the old town of Briançon. The Ville Vauban is not only picturesque with its narrow cobbled streets and historic buildings but is packed with bars and restaurants, so the evenings entertainment is only a couple of minutes walk away. The view from the house is of the Prorel ski-pistes and telecabine (10 minutes walk away), and up the Guisane valley towards the Col du Lauteret and Galibier.The telecabine gives you fast access to the Grande Serre Chevalier ski area with queues which are normally much less than those you can expect at Chantlemerle.
There are seven bedrooms (most have a single and a double bed), two of which have en-suite showers. There are also two shower rooms, one bathroom and a seperate wc. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for this number of people and has a range as well as a large gas cooker. There is also a fridge freezer, microwave and dish
