Fréjus, een klein vissersdorpje, ligt middenin tussen Nice en Marseille. Gelegen op slechts op 5 minuutjes wandelen van St. Raphaël, bevindt de studio zich in een residentieel gebouw langs een prachtige boulevard. Hij bestaat uit een woongedeelte met salon, eet- en slaaphoek. een volledig ingerichte keuken. badkamer met douche en toilet. ruime berging. In de onmiddellijke omgeving vind je alle nodige comerciele voorzieningen, zoals een grootwarenhuis, 2 bakkerijen, post- en bankkantoor, apotheek, bar-tabac( kranten & postzegels) en 100 m. verderop, de dijk met zijn talrijke restaurantjes en gezellige boetiekjes.
Dagelijks vertrekken van uit St. Raphaël zeetochtjes naar St. Tropez en de eilanden :Les Illes de Lérin, Les Illes 'Hyères...
Ook uitstapjes naar Cannes en Nice zijn, eventueel per trein, mogelijk plus de heerlijke dorpjes en steden van de Provence.
