Description
Near les Eyzies de Tayac but you'll find our charming holiday home 'Le Coderc'. It has recently been completely renovated and has a fenced priv.pool with panoramic views. The house is very well and comfortabely decorated. On the ground floor you’ll find a large cosy livingroom, woodstove, satelite TV and CD player, WC, bedroom with 2 single beds, shower and wash basin. Also on the ground floor you'll find the well furnished kitchen/diner with stove and electric oven and of course microwave and dishwasher. The second floor has two bedrooms, all with single beds and single duvets. On request we can supply you with another matrass or with a child's bed as well as a high chair, baby's bath and a cot. On the second floor you'll also find a bathroom with showercabin, bath, wash basin and seperate WC.
Enclosed garden (1500 m2) with BBQ, garden furniture and sunbeds.
