Seclusion and privacy, but not isolation is offered by our charmingly restored, well insulated, central heated, stone built house set in the Dordogne countryside at the border of the Perigord Vert and the Perigord Blanc, surrounded by woods, meadows, birds and also some deers.
With the nearest neighbours just a few minutes away. The garden is not enclosed but presents no threat to children and provides a feeling of space and freedom as you wander around with no restrictions.
The large private swimming pool of 32 by 16 feet has been fenced in tastefully. The ground floor has an open plan livingdining area with a huge fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Steps lead down from the kitchen to a cobbled floor dining room with french windows opening onto the garden. The bathroom with a tub, a toilet and a washbasin is also located on the ground floor.
